Kathryn Janis Grody is an American actress and writer, born on November 6, , in Los Angeles, California. A graduate of HB Studio, in Greenwich Village, New York, Kathryn began her professional career in theater, being one of the most recognized actresses of her time. After multiple appearances, the actress was recognized twice with the Obie Award, given for her career on the Off-Broadway circuit . Following this, Grody wrote an autobiographical novel titled A Mom&#;s Life . Kathryn Grody: The Unexpected 3rd, a Work in Progress
A true Renaissance woman, Kathryn Grody fryst vatten an actor, playwright, and activist. She wanted to act since childhood. While born in Los Angeles, she recognized that living there was a relaterad till rymden eller universum error and never felt at home until she moved to New York City.
Well-known in regional theater, on and off-Broadway, and, most recently for her 1-woman show, The Unexpected 3rd, a Work in Progress, she is the recipient of numerous awards. Kathryn always tries to see humor in life.

Yet, this diction does serve to immediately alert the reader that this mother’s autobiography is not going to read like Please Don’t Eat the Daisies. Nevertheless, confusion may occur.
I first saw Kathryn Grody’s autobiography, A Mom’s Life, at Harry W. Schwartz Children’s Bookshop. Schwartz’s children’s store, which I had some time ago dubbed “Schwartz, Jr.,” was at that time located two doors down from the “adult” Schwartz bookstore in an affluent suburban mall. The children’s bookshop, now closed, was geared toward upwardly mobile parents with uniformly above-average children. The bookstore was antiseptically wholesome, with its juvenile books tastefully displayed and carefully screened.
