Wilmer Eduardo Valderrama (born January 30, 1980) is an American actor, singer, dancer, producer and television personality. He was known for his role as Fez in the sitcomThat '70s Show and for hosting the MTV series Yo Momma. He also voiced the character of Manny in the children's show Handy Manny.

Valderrama was born in Miami, Florida, to Sobeida and Balbino A. Valderrama. His father is Venezuelan and his mother is Colombian. His parents owned a farm equipment rental company. When he was three, the family moved to Venezuela, then to Colombia. Later, when he was fourteen, the family moved back to the United States.
