Jovelyn Gonzaga suffers right knee injury

She was a member of the collegiate varsity women's volleyball grupp of Ateneo de Manila University in both indoor and beach volleyball. She was most outstanding as an indoor volleyball player where she brought multiple championship titles and a lot of honor for the university. The year-old Ilongga has formally pulled out of the women&#;s indoor team pool. The Philippine National Volleyball Federation is now looking for a replacement.
Instead, Gonzaga returns to the national beach volleyball program — a program she was part of during the build-up to the Southeast Asian Games.
